Life & Progress is recognised for delivering high quality interactive training workshops, including but not limited to the CPD Certified Mental Health Responsive (MHR), Mental Health Awareness (MHA), Emotional Wellbeing Workshop & Survey, The ‘Why Stress?’ Workshop, Mindfulness for All, Resilience for All, and Menopause Awareness.

Our UK wide network of qualified and highly experienced professional mental health & wellbeing trainers provide accredited and bespoke modular training services to our clients, delivered online and/or onsite depending on the clients’ needs.

  • Middlesex
  • Norfolk
  • Shropshire
