What is an employee assistance programme (EAP)?

The Employee Assistance Programme is a professional service that provides fully confidential advice, practical information, support and counselling to employees’ on a wide range of personal and work-related issues.

The Employee Assistance Programme is available around-the-clock either over the telephone or online, as well as providing face-to-face counselling if necessary. Further still, our full-cover EAP services can provide your employees’ with access to the very latest mental-fitness App – MyMindPal, 24/7 accessible GP helpline, and Shop St. for savings on everyday essentials.

The EAP is available to all employees’ no matter when or where, anytime, any day, support is just a telephone call away.  Funded by the Employer, there is no cost to the employee for using the service.  The EAP is accessed by the employee simply calling into the service on the Freephone number found on their eye catching promotional materials or by simply logging into the secure EAP website.  The short introduction video below can also offer you a summary-overview of our EAP service:
