Tenant Care

The Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS) was created by Life & Progress, in conjunction with our trusted Clinical Partners, primarily for supporting Tenants (Residents) of Housing Associations, Councils and related organisations. This service is a dedicated telephonic and online tenants assistance programme that provides fully confidential support, guidance, professional advice and in-the-moment counselling. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Further to giving around-the-clock support to your tenants, the service also offers a helping-hand to those Staff members working within a customer facing role and on the frontline.  Staff members can freely signpost those tenants identified as in need of support directly to the Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service.  Please watch our short video below for a quick service overview:
