Anti-Slavery Policy 2025

This is a renewed statement made on behalf of Life And Progress Limited trading as Life & Progress (Coventry-based SME business) pursuant to the section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and stipulates its efforts to put in-place appropriate steps to that ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking in its business and through its respective supply chains.


This statement is in respect of the actions implemented by Life & Progress during its current financial year 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026 and underlines our commitment to ensuring modern slavery does not exist in our supply chains. To date, we have no reports of modern slavery within our respective supply chains and there are none within our organisation.


Life & Progress is continuously improving its practices to identify potential modern slavery risks, and that Life & Progress recognises that it has a responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery in any of its forms and to demonstrate an absolute commitment to preventing slavery in any of its forms in its corporate activities.


As part of its policies, Life & Progress provides employees with access to a 24/7 confidential and impartial Whistleblowing service which encourages its employees at all levels to report concerns including any related to modern slavery, human trafficking and child or forced labour.


Life & Progress will continue to monitor its respective supply chain applying due diligence to ensure that there is no breach. Over the next financial year, Life & Progress will continue to improve its procedures, policies and practices concerning new and existing suppliers and concerning its own operations, including but not limited to:

o Adherence to local and national laws
o Freedom of workers to terminate employment
o Freedom of movement
o Freedom of association
o Prohibits any threat of violence, harassment and intimidation
o Prohibits the use of workers-paid recruitment fees
o Prohibits compulsory overtime
o Prohibits child labour
o Prohibits discrimination
o Prohibits confiscation of worker’s original identification documents
o Provides access to remedy, compensation and justice for victims of modern slavery and adheres to all UK laws.
