CITYLIT supporting their employees, and their students

We have had the pleasure of working with Life and Progress since 2017 offering all our staff the employee assistance programme.  In 2024 we extended this offering to include the GP service and for our students we also introduced the Student Wellbeing and Support service.  Compared to other providers we have found that the offering for our staff is diverse, it is assessable 24/7 and most importantly the quality and level of service is exceptional. I could not recommend Life and Progress more highly.

Much needed ‘safety net’ to our tenants at a time of crisis

Progress Housing Group formed a partnership with the team at Life & Progress at the beginning of the year, they have been very accommodating and professional in establishing, launching and delivering our extended wellbeing service offer to our tenants, they share our passion and commitment to provide access to professionally trained support services to tenants, whenever they need it!

The service complements our current support offer by ensuring support is available to our tenants at any time of the day or night, any day of the year when they feel overwhelmed . They are able to provide us with customer insight into how the service is being used and insight on how and why it is being used in a variety of formats. Their early analysis has highlighted that our tenants are using seeking ‘on-the-spot’ counselling support as well as utilising their online resources due to ‘emotional distress’.

We are really pleased with how the Tenant Wellbeing and Support Service is working for us and most importantly, for our tenants, we look forward to continuing to work with Life & Progress further to provide a much needed ‘safety net’ to our tenant at a time of crisis”
