Meet Andy – New Business Consultant
“With over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Management, I’ve built my career around connecting with people and forming lasting relationships. I enjoy the challenge of understanding what makes individuals and organisations tick and finding ways to make a positive difference.
I was especially drawn to Life & Progress because mental health and wellbeing are deeply personal to me. Friends, family, and even my own past experiences have shown me how vital the right support can be. I genuinely believe that what Life & Progress provides doesn’t just enhance workplace wellbeing – it has the power to change and even save lives.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate singer/songwriter and love capturing moments through photography. I’m also a dedicated Formula 1 fan and a lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC (and yes, complete with the mighty Liverbird tattoo!). Most weekends you’ll find me juggling music, motorsport, and football. Creativity and curiosity are at the core of who I am, and I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and explore something new.
I believe life is about progress – personally and professionally. I feel honoured and privileged to join such a fantastic team whose values mirror my own, and I look forward to many years of growth and development together.”
