I would highly recommend Rebecca & Life & Progress to any business that values their employees. I personally wasn’t even aware EAP existed before speaking to the guys over at Life & Progress. Your employees mental health is something that is easy to take for granted, this is mainly because people tend to suffer in silence. Unfortunately, those who are struggling day to day, often do a good job of hiding their vulnerabilities.
After speaking to Rebecca, it became apparent this is something we need in place at CurrantWeb to ensure our employees have somewhere to turn if they begin to struggle. Since implementing Life & Progress have been great, providing a ton of support & information on how best to look after our employees.
I did have my reservations at first & was a little concerned it would take quite a lot of time to set up & would require tons of paperwork. That certainly wasn’t the case, Rebecca & the guys made the process extremely simple. We also received a positive reaction from the team once everything was in place. It not only covers my duty of care as an employer, but I can genuinely see the changes it has made in regards to productivity & office morale.
