Congratulations to Garth MacAnally on being appointed as the new Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Life & Progress.

In 2005 Garth entered the EAP arena having joined PPC Worldwide (now OPTUM) working primarily in customer services, and in 2008 moving into EAP sales and Intemediary account management. It was while at PPC Garth had firsthand experience of handling high risk service-user calls, coordinating multiple disciplines including emergency services, handling critical incident calls, and supporting customers in general.

In 2011 Garth took all that experience and set-up as an independent EAP Consultant & Trainer. Having gained additional qualifications and accreditations specific to providing mental health awareness training, this coupled with his EAP knowledge for delivering key EAP & mental health awareness workshops.  Garth did this for over 7 years before agreeing to join Life & Progress in 2019.

Instrumental in the setting-up, building and then running what is now our well-established portfolio of training services. Garth also helped recruit our network of Affiliate Trainers for the purposes of Life & Progress delivering workshops for clients anywhere in the country.

For 2024, Garth has now agreed to take on the role of Customer Success Manager and using all his considerable expertise and years of knowledge, to meet with our clients 1-2-1 and ensure that each of them gets maximum value from of services. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Life & Progress, and Garth has a genuine passion for helping people and making sure their journey with us runs smoothly.

As CSM, Garth will be working in conjunction with our Account Managers, and of course the wider Life & Progress team.

Garth said, “I am very fortunate to thoroughly enjoy my job with a whole-hearted belief that a well-managed and educative EAP service should, can, and will empower employees and employers to access professional support and advice across the many challenges that life can present us with”.

“The CSM role is an ideal platform for me to support our clients throughout 2024 and the years to come. I recognise that our clients benefit from sustainable strategies, professional guidance & expertise, and our unique consultative approach to meet their needs and expectations”.

“As such, I am delighted to have this progression in my role at Life & Progress, and I look forward to supporting our clients and to going the extra mile for them”.
